Caitlin was amazing. Her energy lifted me right up after work so that I was ready to smash out the class. The class is high energy and a lot of movement so even though it’s suitable for a beginner, the moves themselves probably take a while to master. Looks like it’s easy to get addicted as there were a lot of regulars and very welcoming community.

Great class and all the instructors are fabulous. All riders are very friendly. You walk out feeling great after the mediation at the end. Highly worth the effort to get your butt into class. Ride at your own pace in a darkened room so you won’t feel bad if it’s your first class and you’re not quite getting the choreography because others are so focused on their own ride, it’s dark, & with the music pumping. Your energy will be buzzing once you’re finished and you’ll feel like a million bucks!

The instructor was great and energetic and loved the song choices. It was a great workout and indeed was good for pole conditioning but class said would have a small dance. I was disappointed when this didn’t happen. A lot of the people in the class were new and booked from ClassPass and probably go to try out a little dance. I really liked the class but most go to do a bit of ‘pole dancing’ so would really like a bit of a dance as in the class description
