Interesting that they stand out with majority of pilates places since they use tvs to additionally show the excercise!!!

Se alle anmeldelseneQuite a fast paced class but it really gives you time to work on different types of inversions. I like that it had mobility stretches on top of the typical strengthening that inversion classes usually have. Instructor was great and encouraged everyone to play around with different variations.
