Studio is really nice! It awakens your ballerina childhood dream. Very clean surroundings. Good lightning & ambiance. Teacher Mariton has a very strong aura with clear instructing voice. Very good for beginner yogi's. She also do hands-on adjustment & ended the class with a very relaxing soothing lotion & savasana massage. Will definitely attend her class again♥️

I'm from the Philippines and that didn't hinder Tiffany to teach me in English. When I get back to HK, I'll definitely book one of her classes again :)

Zumba with Alvin was honestly SO MUCH FUN! Alvin is a very fun and high energy instructor and also amazing dancer, and the other people in the class were very sweet and nice and we had a great time. Even though it's a lot of energy and I had a great workout, there was no pressure so it would be good even for beginners! The class is on the same level of Mr. Wolf, take a right after you get off the lift.
