Abbie was the best type of instructor, clear and motivating. I really appreciated how she was not over bearing and allowed everyone to move at their own comfort level, definitely will be looking for her on the schedule.

    CYCLE 45

Instructor was amazing, and the playlist was super high energy! The arms section was also really challenging but in the best way! The only thing I didn’t love was how close I was to my neighbor. Any time we did a wide press we were elbowing each other so I just did narrow drops instead.

First time trying SoulCycle, though I have taken a lot of similar cycling classes. It was great! Instructor was awesome and the right amount of motivation without being cheesy. Overall felt pretty first time friendly, though at times it was hard to hear instructions on the mic. If you are a fan of rhythm based cycling, you’ll like it!

Omg Joshua’s classes, why did I sleep on them for so long?! Absolutely loved his energy and the playlist for today’s class was refreshing and so good. I really appreciate how he reads the room and seemed to push and pace the class accordingly. I can’t wait to take more of his classes!

    In-Studio: The Ride

This was my first time at Spynergy and I loved it! Aly was super helpful and everyone was really nice and welcoming. The bikes and space are well maintained and organized. The class itself was a good balance between the instructor encouraging people to push themselves and acknowledging that everyone’s definition of a challenge is different. I’ll definitely be back!

    GRIND X 30 (Ride+Lift)

Great workout especially for a 30 minute class! I’ve taken this class with Bobby who is fantastic but Antonio made it challenging in a different way, creating intervals between weights and the bike instead of splitting the time 15/15. It was a good push and I’ll definitely be back.

Great class!! New offering for the studio, but the instructor was very experienced and the reformers were shiny, smooth, & new. The description says to wear gym shoes, but this class specifically should say sticky socks (like a traditional Pilates class). Will absolutely be back!

    Candlelight Vinyasa

The instructor is great. I took this same class with the same instructor a while back and was hoping it would be the same but I guess she varies it. I preferred the other class that had more stand up strengthening/stretching/lengthening/balancing poses and moves all in one that felt just incredible. That was one of my top 3 classes I ever took on class pass. This one was just a little “less”, but still really good. We did more seated poses and used weights on some occasions.

    Yoga

An Unforgettable Experience at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga! Tonight’s class at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric, the vibe was welcoming, and the workout was exactly what I needed. A huge shoutout to Vikki, who absolutely crushed it as an instructor! Her passion, motivation, and killer playlist made the class both challenging and fun. She knows how to push you (pun intended!) past your limits while keeping it engaging and uplifting. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, she meets you where you are and helps you level up. The indoor cycle session was an adrenaline rush—perfectly paced, with just the right mix of endurance, sprints, and climbs. And then, the yoga class was the ultimate reset. The balance between strength, stretch, and mindfulness was exactly what my body and mind needed. If you’re looking for a fitness studio that delivers top-tier workouts, incredible instructors, and a supportive community, PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga is the place to be. Can’t wait for my next class!
