Se alle anmeldelseneJonathan is the BEST. His playlist is so fun and he gives a challenging well rounded class. He’s also so great at giving modifications and making sure pilates is approachable for every body type which isn’t something I’ve experienced in every reformer class. This was my first time in their new second studio and I thought it would be too intimate for my liking but it actually was nice to get more personal attention! I will say the reformers are a bit too close, I bumped into my neighbor a few times. But Onyx has my heart and I’ll def be back!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis concept is fantastic! Beautiful studio, immaculately clean. Lockers to store stuff. Jennifer helped me pick which class to do and showed me how machine works. It was a great “class” that challenged me. I’ll try more challenging next time, but this maya cardio sculpt was perfect while acclimating with machine. I then spent some time looking at other videos to see which i want to do, looks like so many good ones, I’ve been doing Pilates a long time so feel I’m good at self correcting form , but i think that could be a challenge for newer student …. But teacher is pretty thorough within instructions. I wish the tv was a little higher so you could see it when laying down… maybe it does go higher, i forgot to ask.

Sarah did great on helping the class with adjustments too and showing us how to do the movements. It was a great class to work on form and make sure you’re doing it correctly!
