    Bobby leads the class with contagious positive energy, lots of fun/humor and helpful guidance to improve form/technique. Very warm and welcoming group to work out with. Workout itself included a good mix of challenging HIIT exercises (all modifiable to suit range of fitness levels) to get full body workout! Highly recommend!
