A really good reformer class. The flow was well-paced with clear cues. The instructor focused on basic movements but enough burn to remind you that the smallest movements can be the hardest. I love how it focused on control, posture and proper form. Will come for more stretching movements ✨

The studio was quite tight on space with all the reformers placed right in front of the entrance. However, the instructor was really good! Janice guided us in great detail and was very beginner friendly. I love her class soooooooooo much!

Went to Hazel’s class since last year and honestly, she’s an AMAZING instructor. I love how her classes have different routine each time. She always guides her students nicely, correct our posture and explains each movement so well. Hazel has also given me feedback to help me improve. So far, I can say that my body and posture have slowly improved since I started going to Pilates religiously hehe
