After spending the entire day walking around New York and hitting nearly 27,000 steps, my body—especially my legs—was exhausted and in desperate need of some recovery. Aiden delivered exactly what I needed. He was incredibly skilled at finding and working through all of the tension and knots throughout my body, and I could immediately feel the difference. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic, striking the perfect balance between pressure and comfort. I went home afterward, completely relaxed, slept incredibly well, and woke up feeling refreshed, restored, and pain-free. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time.
