Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first F45 class. The Volofit (not sure if that’s correct) was a team circuit where you alternate within your team to reach a goal number of reps. It was a good first class because there were pauses and you can go at your own pace. Emily was a great instructor, super welcoming and demonstrated each station (there are also screens to show you as you go around). I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying different class styles.

Make sure to arrive early to find parking. If you like weight based HIIT with mild cardio/CrossFit, this is for you. One of the most encouraging workout experiences I’ve had in CLT.

I hurt myself at solidcore so I was looking for a more intimate setting but better workout and this is the perfect place!

I like that they go at your own pace. You're usually with other people in the class who've been going for longer than you and some that are just beginning. It's really neat to look forward and backward at the moves that you learn for the fundamentals of aerial silks. Just overall I love the class structure and I've liked every single instructor. They are very patient with me as I learn, but they also keep it moving and challenge me if I'm up for it. So far, silks is the only apparatus I've tried, but I would like to try all them at some point.

She washed and did a hydro steam treatment on my hair. She’s old school so she uses hot combs but informed me that because of my hair texture she would use the comb for the perimeter and the flat iron for the rest, I assume as not to damage my curls.
