Se alle anmeldelseneLayla is the first instructor in YEARS to give me a correction, and the first I’ve seen give EVERYONE corrections and attention. I appreciate that a lot. There were only five or six students in this class, and many were beginners; she was able to accommodate EVERYONE’S skill levels. The class was a perfect blend of yin yoga and vinyasa flow, perfect for the beginner looking to build flexibility and strength at a slower pace. I highly recommend this class for a beginner or someone just coming back to yoga after a hiatus.
