    Vivienne was a very good instructor, particularly for beginners. Her guidance was clear and she attended everyone during the class to correct form and offer tips depending on individual strengths/weaknesses. For anyone new to hot yoga, she advised to drink 500ml water 30mins before the class.

    Being a first-timer, the instructor gave me a crash course to all the jumping basic moves 10min before the class. She was v energetic and gave clear instructions while leading the class. Counter staff also very friendly. Great workout overall!

    Aqua Aerobics

    Fun class, it'd be more cardio-worthy once you get better at it! I struggle to get the hang of it for my first time, but there's no pressure to keep up with anything here. Unlike your usual gym sess, where you can see everyone moving at same pace and you might feel pressured to keep up there's no pressure. Because aerobics are tough, so it's definitely more of a fight against yourself and the water instead. 😂 Don't worry about not knowing how to swim as the pool is 1.2m.
