    Adam is an amazing instructor and his class is perfect for beginners. He was very thorough in his instructions and patient as we learned the holds and lifts—correcting when needed and congratulating enthusiastically when we got it right. This was a very motivating first-time experience. I’ve heard that the most common reason people don’t go to a gym is not knowing how to use the equipment or fear of doing the exercises incorrectly. Adam helped remove that obstacle! I highly recommend this gym and this instructor if you are interested in cross fit and don’t know how to start.
