Se alle anmeldelseneHave been to Ms Kae Ren’s beginner pointe class several times and really loved it! The class starts with exercises in flat shoes before progressing to pointe shoes. It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. In the last session, I even tried jumps en pointe for the first time.

Se alle anmeldelseneI love Paige's energy! Her instructions were loud and clear, I have no issues in following them as a beginner. I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Her class makes me wanna push myself more to fulfil the poses. My body definitely felt the burn!
