Taken this class a few times now and tonight we had new music and choreography which was fun. Instructor super nice and I appreciate how the classes start and end in time. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly.

Trina has great energy and is friendly. The music was very fun. Even though it was called hip hop "kick", it was 90% air punching and very little kicking, not sure if it's always like that. The class is inside Fitness Works on the third floor, so you have to walk through the gym.
