Se alle anmeldelseneI’m so happy I’ve found this studio. I’ve been to a few classes here and they are all wonderful! This class is the perfect blend of challenging and centering. I really love Cheryl as an instructor. The last few classes with Cheryl I’ve been to she has started with a small exercise or posture to activate and bring focus to a specific muscle group that becomes the focus of the class. It’s been so beneficial to my practice and it’s wonderful to learn keep learning new things!

Se alle anmeldelseneI loved the studio- lots of natural light, plants, and music was soft. They provide (thinner) mats, blocks, eye pillows, which was nice. The instructor was very kind and welcoming. With only three people in the class, it was very intimate, relaxed, casual. The flow was a little awkward sometimes, slower pace, but overall I felt very much at peace during this practice and left feeling 10x better than when I walked in.
