Se alle anmeldelseneDonna is such a wonderful yoga teacher and I feel so grateful that I was able to discover her class. My mom is a yoga newbie and I am a regular yoga student and teacher. Donna gave my mom the proper modifications with comfort and encouragement and she gave me the proper progressions for postures in order to feel challenged and stay in my own practice. Not only is the physical practice beautiful, but Donna incorporates yoga philosophy and application to your life and the physical practice. The music was so good, not distracting but fun and matched the pace, and the 82° temperature was the perfect warmth without it being a sauna. I am truly so grateful that I found her and wild hearts!!

Amazing opportunity for the price. There were 2 young kids there when I attended but I’d say go anyway if you’re interested and do it for yourself!
