Se alle anmeldelseneAnna was soo wonderful. I loved that she demoed each move, offered modifications, explained what was typical, modified, and harder springs for each move. The music was playing but not too loud so I could actually hear her. She emphasized form which I appreciated because it made me feel safer and like I was doing the moves correctly. She did fix my form and that of others but in an encouraging way that was helpful to each exercise. I will absolutely be taking her class again and highly recommend to others!

She explained every movement clearly, encouraged questions at any point, and was very hands-on with form corrections, which made me feel comfortable as a beginner. The studio itself was clean, inviting, and had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was an amazing first experience, and I can’t wait to come back for another class! ⭐️
