Se alle anmeldelseneDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

Clear, motivating and attentive throughout the entire session :) She explained every movement in detail, making it easy to follow while still keeping the class flowing smoothly! There were very few pauses but the pace felt perfectly balanced It was a challenging workout that truly targets the whole body and leaves you feeling stronger from head to toe As soon as I’m back in Boston I’ll definitely be coming back!!! 10/10! 💖

Se alle anmeldelseneClass was a really good workout! A little humbling but manageable for sure! Studio was cute and the vibe was good! Incredible playlist. My only note would be that I would love some corrections on my form. There are some things I just know I’m probably doing wrong and I would love some notes on how to do it better! But a really encouraging environment and I would definitely go back!

The front desk lady was also really nice. She charged my phone for me while I was in class and gave me a handwritten welcoming thank you note. That part really stood out for me.

I loved that the class was warm and not too hot so we could really focus on the mind body connection. Also her music was sooo good. Will definitely be back! 🧚♀️
