Se alle anmeldelseneMy sister and I went to this class and loved it. The Disney playlist was super fun to vibe too. Our instructor, Cheryce was energetic and encouraging. We even go to try the sauna and cold plunge after.

Se alle anmeldelseneBreanna’s presence Wednesday was grounding and everything I needed to settle after a stressful few days. I’ve only ever done one (optional) hands on adjustment class tho I’ve done a fair bit of yoga. She honestly did a wonderful job of creating a safe space and ease to show up as you are and felt her energy was truly intentional and filled the room. Just wonderful class :)

Se alle anmeldelseneKatherine was amazing! So knowledgeable, SO FUN! As a Pilates person, I can’t lie I was a bit skeptical about “the method” but I found it very challenging yet effective. I’m even a bit sore today! I’ll be back.

Se alle anmeldelseneTremendously supportive environment among both instructors and class attendees. The small classes allow for a more hands on assistance and it can be as challenging or as easy as you want to make it. Really feels like a judgement free zone that’s still encouraging.

Se alle anmeldelseneI had a wonderful experience with Vivian! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I got the hydrofacial and my skin was so glowy after! My skin felt so hydrated and bouncy. I never had my skin feeling so nice! I also had her cat, Prada, and her dog, Valentino, join me for the facial and it made the experience so nice to have these sweet animals comfort and cuddle me during the facial. I will absolutely be back and I'm excited to try other treatments - especially the Korean Lash Lift! Vivian's services are a must!

Se alle anmeldelseneOne of the best wellness experiences I’ve booked through ClassPass. Pavneet is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping her clients feel better! She takes the time to explain what’s happening in your body and focuses on finding the root cause rather than just treating symptoms. I’ve dealt with pain and tension for years, and I noticed relief immediately after my session. I left feeling not only better physically but also more informed about my health. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows her craft.
