Everyone is so welcoming and lovely, felt like a woman’s village of kindness and support 🥹💕 I have a stage 10 clinger baby and it was her first time in the creche, the ladies looking after her were so sweet and my baby wanted me half way through the class (she was missing me as expected) and so the ladies asked if I wanted to do the mums and bubs class so that I could hold her during class and still get a workout in (there was a slot 15mins after) and so I did. It was so amazing!! And my baby loved it 🥰 will definitely be back. So nice to have found a place that fits and I feel comfortable knowing my baby is well looked after here too 🥹

Se alle anmeldelseneI attended a yin and melt class with Brad. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and the teacher was very welcoming from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the breathwork at the beginning, it really helped settle both the mind and body. The yin poses were well chosen and felt supportive and effective. For me personally, though, there was too much talking throughout the class. I find I’m able to relax more deeply and drop into the poses when there’s more silence and space, so the constant guidance felt a little distracting and made it harder to fully sink into that yin state. The live sound towards the end was a lovely touch. I would have enjoyed it even more during savasana instead of the music with lyrics, which felt slightly stimulating for that part of the practice. Overall, it was a nice class with a warm, inviting energy - I just feel that with yin, less can often be more.
