However the class was only 35 minutes long including warm up and warm down.. for the amount of credits especially it should be atleast longer than 45 minutes!! that is the standard in Dubai. If the classes are changed to be longer I will definitely be back :)

It was my first time, and I was a little nervous, but Chelsea made me feel very welcome from the start. She was also attentive throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and supported. Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!
