    Strength and Sculpt (50 Min)

    The instructor was so kind and helpful and made sure us first timers felt confident about the class! The actual class was harder than I expected which was good. I really appreciated when the instructor told us which muscle we were working bc some of the movements were pretty unfamiliar and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be feeling. Overall I really feel like the instructor made this a great experience and I’d love to go back!

    I kept coming back to this gym when I can grab a spot because I love the workout format, ample time for warm up and cool down just as important as the strength and cardio part which other gyms that I've been to don't have. The exercises are not rushed.

    Lauren was obviously an experienced instructor. She clearly explained the moves, offered corrections, and modifications to make it harder and easier. Would def take her class again! Only rec would be to incorporate a water break halfway through

    Women Kickboxing/Self Defense

    Cirilo was great. He pushed me, and was also very funny. He was able to make modifications for my needs. At times, he was a bit harsher than I needed for kickboxing, felt more personal trainer-like. But, the workout was a great one. The only reason it was 4 starts was due to the lack of cleaning the equipment. That is a bit of a concern. We washed out hands, but didn't clean off the equipment we used. This is a bit concerning.
