Mike explained exercises clearly, was attentive to folks in class checking their form, and I like how his warmup including mobility movements (which helps to get me warmed up to workout after sitting at a desk all day).

Se alle anmeldelseneI had a great time in this class! I love the pattern of switching between the rowing machine and core exercises—it keeps things interesting and challenging. The instructor is so passionate and encouraging. I felt motivated throughout the whole class, and it was a great workout. Definitely looking forward to the next one!

Will gave lots of instruction up front, I'm assuming there were some first timers there--seemed like it would be a great class/instructor for a beginner (and still quite challenging for someone who rows semi regularly). Will was fun and energetic throughout, and really pushed us. Excellent class. Oh, and the music was ON POINT.
