    John is a great instructor, he explains what is going to happen, he gives good feedback. John goes around the room to correct form. If you are new to the class come the extra 10 minutes before, he will practice with you a few times before it starts. I love the way I feel after I leave. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

    Great workout! Newly into rowing, Garrett taught me a lot about the right posture and made sure I understood everything. The class was well-paced with some high intensity part, but very rewarding after completion. Will try to come back!
