They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Class was well paced and I could hear the instructor clearly with no difficulty, which was my greatest fear!!! Kayla also made sure to welcome me to my first class and ask about any injuries. I unexpectedly sweat buckets and feel so much stronger already. Looking forward to my next class.

This was my friend’s first professional massage, they felt comfortable and were melting by the end of it. The space is nice and cozy. Sauna is nice and hot. They have water for sale in the front, or you can bring a bottle to fill up. Highly recommend!

The speaker wasn't charged but that's truly no big deal, I played music from my phone and put it at the bottom of the sauna so it didn't get hot. Will be booking again for sure!

Se alle anmeldelseneRose was incredible! The whole experience is overall so great and I leave feeling so elongated. The heating pad and theragun to start helps prep your body for the stretches. I’ve always done the 8 or 9am Saturday slot and have been the only person there. Rose takes the time to learn about why you’re there and is gentle with any injuries/pain. But she definitely challenges your range of motion while taking in your cues (a slight grimace, holding your breath, etc) and takes that into account depth of the stretch. Highly highly recommend.

I also tried their Ballet Barre and Tai Chi classes—both were small, intimate sessions with a maximum of six students, allowing for more personalized attention and corrections when needed. The classes are suitable for all levels, but what stood out to me was how well they catered to seniors. After the session ended I spoke to Kanan and received next steps. I left feeling more relaxed and my muscles less tight. One thing that needs to be improved is having someone at the front desk to greet customers. When I arrived there was no one there and I waited a good minute before anyone recognized that I was standing there waiting to be checked in.

They have cupping, spinal decompression, normatech, IASTM tools, and so much more. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and gave many recommendations.
