Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

But magically the dance workout in the heated room fixed my breathing problems. It’s a bit tough during the workout but after the workout I can breathe so freely outside. So amazing!

Se alle anmeldelseneOne of the BEST sweats I’ve ever had at Y7! You can tell that Jacob is very intentional in how he chooses to lead the class. The music was perfect and the burst of the fan at the end of class was chefs kiss. Thank you Jacob, this class was amazing.

Se alle anmeldelseneI recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Se alle anmeldelseneEric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

Sam always finds a way to include Chinese medicine into the beginning of the session which really relaxes you for what’s to come. Her poses are intentional and great for waking up muscles you likely don’t stretch enough. Sitting in these poses for longer period of times (purpose of yin) also offers opportunities to practice your breathing which is something I struggle with. 10/10 would take again.

Usually I get shoulder/neck pain the day after doing vinyasa, but with modifications she kept encouraging during class, I didn’t get pain this time! The flow was creative and different than typical sun salutations. Relaxing music and great vibes - the focus was on enjoying the movement, not judgmental or competitive.
