Occasionally, the exo chair and other creative props are added, which makes every class feel fresh and exciting. What I love most is how it’s capped at just five people, so the instructor really focuses on each of us, always correcting form, offering encouragement, and keeping things safe while still pushing me to try new moves. This class is the perfect mix of strength, balance, and flexibility training. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and surprisingly energized. It’s one of the most creative and engaging Pilates classes I’ve ever taken—I look forward to it every week!

I love his energy, his smile, his humor, and his playlist - it’s the best!! What I love is that he makes sure the movements align perfectly with the beat of the music, something I’ve noticed other teachers don’t often do. So it makes this intense workout more fun and pleasurable. My body has transformed, and I feel like a queen! So grateful for Mark and his class 🥰
