The class is small enough for her to provide tips and feedback as you work out. She helped me get my form down which is always my biggest worry with weights. The class was challenging but the format kept things moving. Definitely sore today but feeling stronger.

The facility was big, cool despite the heat outside, and clearly a community space in addition to a gym. I was able to modify the workout to my physical ability and now I’m motivated to work on pull ups. Hope to come again soon!
