I have done two hot yoga classes so far and the first one was just a bit over one hour. I really felt the heat during the last 30min which was lovely and challenging at the same time!

Se alle anmeldelseneGreat teacher who offers very interesting sequences and poses that feel particularly well thought out compared to some other classes that always repeat the same very simple poses. She is also very skilled with the singing bowls and creates a beautiful sound bath experience that is genuinely immersive and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to shorten or remove the introductory meditation and breathing section and really limit the talk at the beginning. For me, this part doesn't add much value as the meditative aspect is already naturally incorporated into both the yin practice and the sound bath. I would much rather use that time for additional poses or a longer sound bath, which are the real strengths of the class.
