Jane is a wonderful PT instructor and just such a genuine and caring person. Jane will always check in and ask how your feeling before the start of your session and will work with you towards your fitness goals, no matter what they may be. I always look forward to each PT session no matter what’s going on in my life. Jane creates a welcoming, judgment free and safe space so you can relax and just get stuck into the training.
