Bluetooth access inside the sauna made for again a private experience. The sweat is REAL at 60° and followed up with an LED Facial session afterwards. I also highly recommend this if you’re looking to complete your appointments privately!!!! Thanks SOAK Family, be back soon xx

Some things to note - ice bath isn’t private so you may have to tag team the other room, you can hear the music from the gym, and the sauna can take a while to warm up so if you’re first then it may never get to the full 80 degrees. Still, recommend the experience and extra star for the friendly service

Se alle anmeldelseneI wasn’t booked in correctly by city cave staff, when I showed up they said I hadn’t booked but when I mentioned it was via class pass then they checked an email and saw it should have been booked in. I had to wait 40 minutes to get into an available sauna. Then when I was finished the guy was sat outside the door waiting to clean the room, a little bit uncomfortable. If you book via ClassPass I would check you receive an email from city cave too so you know they have booked you in correctly.

A little unique at first being my first time and trying to disconnect from my monkey mind but once you let go and embrace the float its magic. welcoming staff, helpful and friendly. I did get a second towel for my hair afterwards but that wasnt an issue and offered a hair-dryer aswell. This will not be my last visit at all! Highly recommended 👌
