    Just had my first float and absolutely loved it! I feel completely reset. I was worried it might feel claustrophobic, but it was the exact opposite . I actually felt freer than I ever expected. The staff were lovely, and I’ll definitely be back.

    Cold Plunge and Sauna

    I feel.like the corridors could be warmer and especially because the sauna is a lower heat than normal saunas which are usually 80-90°. I understand that infared is meant to be at 60°. I do try to warm up in the shower in between cold plunge and sauna, however , maybe you'd save more on water and power for the shower by heating the hallways. just a thought as it is cold when stepping out of sauna.

    Had a lovely warm welcome and walk through of the sauna etiquette today. Large hot proper sauna and choice of cold or even colder plunge pools! Feeling very mellow ad rested now. Will definitely go back

    Re-Charge Contrast Therapy

    the gym looks awesome and the sauna space has the right idea in some ways. the TV i had to turn off as this was put on during my peaceful time there. it was a fire fighter programme. the energy of a TV is not suited to for the environment i would say. lovely seating to relax amd ambient plant setting. the cold plunge had a very high content of chlorine which is not healthy as when you sauna, all your pores open up and that toxicity from chlorine goes strait into to body. it was intense to inhale. As a spa host in many different settings- indoor and out, these are the tweaks I would make if I were the gym owner. for a more pleasant experience.
