    TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

    This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

    Awesome low intensity class for beginners. I especially enjoyed Raquel’s cueing for the correct movements- great challenge, isolating specific muscles. Thanks for the perfect Thursday morning workout!
