    Very tropical environment, accomplished a feat of trying, remember to bring water, small towel, (big towel), the movement test my balance, but standing in the third row is good, just follow along. I like this environment very much. My hair got wet, I will wash it later. It was worth getting up in the morning to go to class, now my body is open. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, the sun is beautiful, I feel my resistance of cold has improved. Its amount of exercise is not large, many movements are not boring and can be adhered to. The amount of sweat is not as much as Hiit, which is good.

    Kiera led a lovely class focused on postures that support knee health. There was great use of props and wonderful queuing. The space is wide and sunny- very inviting! Highly recommend!

    Yoga Sculpt

    I’m excited to check out all the classes this studio has to offer. I’ve been telling myself I need to get into yoga, and I’m glad I’m pushing myself. The class was great, I can’t wait to progress. My favorite part was the lavender towel over my eyes! I wanted to lay there for a little while lol The staff, both reception and instructor, were really nice and informative. Will definitely be back!

    Mary Kate was awesome! I love how much balance and resistance is involved in the class. We also used weights and focused a lot on legs and core on the mat. I loved this class! Also special thank you to Michele who came up and introduced herself and checked in to see how me and my friend liked the class. I will have to take her kickboxing and cardio soon!
