It’s a clean environment & the wax she uses doesn’t pull on your skin. I am pretty hairy but Paula is very thorough and left my skin super smooth. Far Infrared Therapy Single Session

They give you clothes to wear and a small private curtained area with a bed and tv and headphones so you can watch Netflix etc. The infrared device is like a sleeping bag. It does get very hot and you’ll sweat a lot. The staff come in a few times to check on you and you can ask them to turn the heat up or down. The experience itself is very relaxing. Would try it again, esp would feel great on a cold winter day.
