Only think is instructions are given so fast that I usually miss them and I’m reliant on watching my neighbors for the next move. Every rep was tough, but I could tell it was worth every drop of sweat. Paige walked around the room, offering personalized adjustments that helped me improve my form and get the most out of each exercise. I’m genuinely excited to continue taking more classes and see how much stronger I can become. If you’re looking for a workout that’s both intense and rewarding, I highly recommend solidcore!

It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

Se alle anmeldelseneVery gentle and great for beginners, though a little familiarity with poses is helpful for when the instructor gives time during class for you to do your own thing for a few minutes. A more spiritual style of instruction (based on things the instructor would say, incense, music, dimming the lights) rather than one that's very fitness/strength oriented. I really appreciated that the instructor led us through a wide mix of poses... I dread yoga classes that are almost exclusively mat work, as my wrists get very sore. I didn't have that issue at all in this class. The instructor was also great at explaining poses and giving options/modifications. I felt very comfortable in the class despite my limited yoga experience.

Se alle anmeldelseneFrom a classical Pilates instructor: this was hard 🥵. Let me add, it’s not by any means Pilates, but instead a strength class with the support of a reformer. Things went from 0-100 real quick! My abs were burning off the grid, and when I thought I’d catch a break we moved right into legs and then arms. I was fully shaking and sweating the entire time. The instructor was phenomenal! Super attentive with the 1st timers but kept the pace going and added a flare to the class. His energy was high the entire time and he offered great hands on assist. I will 100% be back to take his class! If you’re a newbie to exercise this might feel like too much, but if you stick with it I think you’ll find joy (in the pain) 😅. Great class!
