It’s an environment that seems to draw and grow experienced yogis as well as welcome and nurture people new to yoga. Recommend doing the 1hr EESystem session followed by 20 min sauna session, and ending with a nice salt both session to help you clear your mind, unwind, get rid of toxins and improve your immune system!! 100% recommend. The staff is very helpful and explain how everything works!! Try it out!!!
