The instructor did a great job to be patient with me, give me a good pace and explain the exercises to me. She was very pleasant to workout with. She’s a very sweet lady. I had a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Turns out this class is more HipHop than Hippie and I am so glad I stayed! I have not had that much fun in ages!! I will definitely continue to attend. The instructor was great and the gym is very nice. I was very satisfied with my first experience!
