It seemed Beverly she had 10 sets of eyes because she was always keeping her eyes on everyone to correct form all around the room! She definitely made you sweat and shake in the best ways. This was one of the hardest workouts I have done, coming from someone who does it 2-4 times a week. It was so clean inside and all the girls were so welcoming. I absolutely loved it and will be back! 5 stars for me!!! 💞💞

Se alle anmeldelseneAbsolutely obsessed with her!! Took a beginner intro class and she was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain the machine and make it less intimidating. Showed us all the moves before we did them. Would highly recommend taking her class, will be back to see her!!
