Se alle anmeldelseneSuch a great instructor who provided fun modifications and care for each person. She is excellent. I just wanted to share my opinion, I prefer hot yoga to be extremely hot and humid personally although I know not everyone enjoys really hot temperatures during class and ask it to be lowered during class. I for one, really appreciate that hot hot yoga class but I’m afraid to say it because everyone else in class might hate me.
