Like how do you remember my name from one time lol . But seriously this class is hard , you need to push yourself but it’s so rewarding .

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class is IT. Exactly what I’ve been looking for after finding the basic CP 1.0 class less challenging than I liked. It’s a major workout especially for your lower body and glues. Gets the heart rate up, too. They do about 20-25 mins of jump board pilates straight for the cardio and the stretching at the end is sooooo nice.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis was easier than I expected and the class ended up using the reformer only for the beginning leg warmups and the ending stretches/cool down. The rest was on the mat/spring board so I do wish we could’ve done some more stuff on the reformer
