She gave such good verbal cues that she did not need to demonstrate anything. Great slow flow class. She gave different levels/options based on what you were in the mood for too.

Jing provided excellent modifications and adjustments, making sure everyone was comfortable and working at their own pace. The stretches and movements were targeted perfectly to challenge you and build strength, and also to relieve tension. After just one class, I felt a significant reduction in my pain, and I left feeling strong and more aligned. Highly recommend her classes for anyone dealing with similar issues!
