Se alle anmeldelseneFramework ist einzigartig. Ich wohne nicht mehr in Berlin, aber Framework ist für mich einer der Hauptgründe, ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen. Die heutige Class bei Lisanne hat mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen. Sie leitet perfekt an und bringt einen immer (!) bis zu seinem eigenen Limit. Dazu eine top playlist. The VERY BEST

Se alle anmeldelseneKarolina is a fabulous instructor, she was welcoming and had a lot of patience. I really enjoyed the class, it was challenging and never felt lost as she was very clear with instructions and took time to correct postures. The playlist was also a nice touch. Thank you :)

Se alle anmeldelseneNoemi is easily one of my top three Lagree instructors in Berlin! 🔥 She’s incredibly attentive to technique and always makes sure every movement is performed correctly. I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍
