Se alle anmeldelseneWow, Ginger's class was amazing. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury due to tightness in my neck and shoulder. This class brought me a ton of relief. Hanging into the stretches just takes it to the next level. Ginger's queuing was awesome.

Lots of different options on moves so easy for all fitness levels. But it is such a blast and you will leave sweaty but with a smile on your face
