Se alle anmeldelseneI enjoyed Anna’s flow! People seem to either love or hate the intense heat. There doesn’t seem to be any variation of the heat levels for classes, so be prepared to sweat a LOT and probably need to take more rests than you’re used to at other studios

The constant fear of hitting a neighbor on every side, or the constant ick of seeing a neighbor actively drip sweat on your own mat, totally takes me out of the meditative headspace I go to yoga for in the first place. :/
