She guided me before the class began, assisted me during the session, and consistently checked to ensure I was doing everything correctly. I felt welcomed and thoroughly impressed after the class! Her energy was great, she had great suggestions to improve form, and she was very encouraging. I really liked the order and timing of the moves she chose for the class.

Se alle anmeldelseneMeant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.
