The instructor demonstrated every move clearly, which made it easy to follow along and stay confident throughout the workout. Overall, it was a solid class, and I would definitely come back.

Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

This was labeled as a beginner friendly class, however it was actually an intermediate / advanced class. The environment and community were extremely friendly and welcoming! The -1 star would be because we received more instruction from other members than the instructors themselves. Overall, it was still an enjoyable fun class!
