I felt really bad because i tried to cancel but it didn’t work. The staff prepared whaat they could and i was thankful. The cashier was a little sassy about the situation (understandable) but it was a honest mistake i will never make again. So heads up to make sure to not rely on classpass times and always check store hours. Aside from that the food is delicious

They made my drink ready to go and when I got there, they put the ice in so my drink was fresh and it wasn’t watered down at all from the ice since they did that. That little detail honestly just made my day because I hate when I pick up drinks and it’s all watery and soggy. The fact that they put in the isolator made such a big difference for me.
