The perfect blend of high-intensity cardio and some of my favorite yoga poses made this class both super challenging and incredibly fun. I was pushed to my limits and had a blast the entire time! The music is hands-down the best—danceable, upbeat tracks that mix fun classics with fresh new hits. From Madonna to Chappell Roan, I couldn’t help but smile every time a new song came on, even while I was sweating my butt off! Nelly’s energy is contagious, and the second you meet her, you feel like you’ve known her forever—she’s warm, inviting, and makes everyone feel like they belong. This class will leave you feeling exhilarated, but let’s just say I’m not sure I’ll be able to walk tomorrow! Highly recommend for anyone ready to work hard, dance it out, and laugh through the sweat!
