It helped manage expectations and stay motivated. In other classes I’ve been to, it has often been quite hard to understand what the instructor is shouting over the music, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, facilities are always clean (you can see staff constantly cleaning around during all hours) and there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Equipments are new and well maintained and you can spot PTs around who can help answer questions.
