I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

Se alle anmeldelseneI was really lucky to book an empty class and get a one on one session with Rex, who was super knowledgeable! I’m a beginner so he made sure to ease into the flow with very simple poses, then slowly worked up to where I felt comfortable doing more challenging poses towards the end. The whole session felt very intentional and I left feeling super grounded and refreshed.
